Turck FTCI-N1/2D15A4P-2LIX-H1140/D224 is a sensor designed for inline flow and temperature monitoring within the FTCI series. This part features a rectangular body made from PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel tubing. It is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and two 1/2" NPT (Swagelok) threaded process ports with a 15mm inline diameter. The sensor is capable of measuring flow rates from 0.5 to 5 gallons per minute (GPM) for water, withstanding pressures up to 20bar (290psi), and operating within a supply voltage range of 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). It can monitor medium temperatures from -10 to +70°C and operate in ambient air temperatures from 0°C to +60°C. The device offers an IP65 degree of protection and includes two analog outputs (4-20mA; linear) with a current consumption of 100mA (0.1A). Its response time ranges from 2-15 seconds during startup and normal operation times of 500ms to 3 seconds (0.5-3 s).
