FCS-N1/2A4P-ARX-B1151/L080/115VAC Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-N1/2A4P-ARX-B1151/L080/115VAC is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PBT housing and stainless steel 316Ti for wetted parts with a stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and consumes 60mA of current. This sensor is IP67 rated, indicating a high degree of protection against dust and water ingress. It has a response time of 2-15 seconds upon startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation, with one digital output (NO Normally Open relay dry contact). The rectangular body sensor is part of the FCS series, designed for instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/switch applications with a potentiometer function. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector and a 1/2" NPT threaded male process port. The sensor can handle pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and has an 80mm probe length. It is suitable for flow rates of 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil, with a control circuit rated current of 2 A at 60Vdc. The supply voltage required is 115Vac, and it can monitor medium temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.
