FCS-HA2P-LIX-H1141/AL115 Description

Turck FCS-HA2P-LIX-H1141/AL115 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel probe. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +80°C and offers a single analog output (4-20mA; linear) for data transmission. This sensor is protected to a degree of IP67, ensuring its operation in various environmental conditions. It has a rectangular body shape and is capable of detecting flow rates from 50cm/s to 30m/s in air. As part of the FCS series, it functions as an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/transmitter. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1" (1" BSPP) threaded male process port for easy installation. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 3bar (43.5psi) and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The probe length is 115mm, and it can measure medium temperatures ranging from -10°C to +70°C.

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. The output voltage is regulated at 22.5Vdc in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.978 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W at 24Vdc and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
