FCS-G1/2A4P-LIX-H1141/D037 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-G1/2A4P-LIX-H1141/D037 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, belonging to the FCS series. It features a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing with wetted parts made of stainless steel 316Ti and a connector of stainless steel 303, ensuring compatibility with various media. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and can handle medium temperatures within the same range. It is equipped with a single analog output (4-20mA; linear) for transmitting flow data. The sensor's degree of protection is IP65, indicating a high level of protection against dust and water jets. It has a rectangular body shape and is designed for insertion probe applications, functioning as both a flow monitor and transmitter. The sensor can measure flow rates from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/2" (1/2" BSPP) threaded male process port for easy installation. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.) for operation.
