FCI-TCD04A4P-LIX-H1141 Description
Turck FCI-TCD04A4P-LIX-H1141 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, part of the FCI series, with a rectangular body made from PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing, Stainless steel 316Ti tubing, and Stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +60°C and consumes 50mA of current. This sensor features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; linear) for transmitting flow data, offers a degree of protection of IP67, and has a response time of 5-15 seconds during startup and 500ms to 3 seconds in normal operation. It is designed for flow rates of 1 to 200mL/min (water), operates at pressures up to 1bar (14.5psi), and can handle medium temperatures from 0 to +60°C. The sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 4mm diameter compression fitting process port for easy installation. It requires a supply voltage of 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal).
