FCI-D04A4P-AP8X-H1141 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCI-D04A4P-AP8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring with a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing, stainless steel 316Ti tubing, and a stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor has a startup response time of 5-15 seconds and a normal operation response time of 500ms to 3 seconds. It features 1 x digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and is capable of handling a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A. The FCI-D04A4P-AP8X-H1141 includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It is designed for a flow range of 0.015 to 1L/min LPM (water) and operates at a pressure of 20bar (290psi). The supply voltage required is 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nom.), and it can monitor medium temperatures from 0 to +80°C. This sensor is part of the FCI series and comes with a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded male process port with a 4mm inline diameter, making it suitable for instrumentation inline flow monitor sensor/switch applications.
