Turck FCI-D10A4P-LIX-H1141/A is a sensor designed for flow monitoring and transmission in gaseous media. It features a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing, stainless steel 316Ti tubing, and a stainless steel 303 connector, ensuring durability and compatibility with various environments. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and offers a single analog output (4-20mA; linear) for precise data transmission. With a degree of protection rated at IP65, it is safeguarded against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. The response time ranges from 10-30 seconds upon startup and narrows to 1-20 seconds during normal operation, facilitating timely flow measurements. Its rectangular body is designed for inline flow monitoring of gaseous media, capable of detecting flow rates between 50cm/s and 40m/s. The sensor is part of the FCI series and comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" with 1/4" BSPP threaded male process port, supporting a 10mm inline diameter. It can withstand pressures up to 20bar (290psi) and is powered by a supply voltage of 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The medium temperature range mirrors the ambient air temperature range, accommodating -20°C to +70°C.
