XUK8LAPPNM12 Telemecanique Sensors Retroreflective Sensors

Telemecanique Sensors XUK8LAPPNM12 is a photo-electric sensor designed for diffuse system applications with background suppression. It is part of the XU sub-range and features a case made of PC / ABS and a lens of PMMA. This sensor connects via an M12 4-pin connector and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and IP69K. It operates with a PNP transistor output and has a sampling rate of 1000 Hz. The sensor emits a red laser light with a wavelength of 655 nm and operates within a supply voltage range of 12-30 V DC, consuming 30mA / 0.03 A. It includes a visual position indicator with a yellow LED for output state, a green LED for power ON, and a yellow/red LED flashing for instability/alignment. The sensing distance ranges from 5-800 mm, and it is equipped with protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit. The control circuit is rated for a current of 100mA / 0.1 A. This sensor can operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C and offers an operating mode that is selectable between NO and NC.
