XU8M18MA230W Telemecanique Sensors Retroreflective Sensors

Telemecanique Sensors XU8M18MA230W is a photo-electric sensor designed for diffuse system applications with adjustable background suppression and a 90° line of sight to the case axis. Constructed with a nickel-plated brass case and a PMMA lens, it features a PvR pre-cabled connection, ensuring durability and ease of installation. This cylindrical (threaded) sensor has an IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for challenging environments. It has an M18 diameter, with a 2m cable length, and offers AC/DC solid state output. The sensor operates at a sampling rate of 25 Hz and requires a supply voltage of 24-240 V (AC/DC). It includes a yellow LED as a visual position indicator for the output state and utilizes infrared light with a sensing distance of 0.12m. The control circuit rated current ranges from 10-200mA (0.01-0.2 A), and it can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 70°C. Its operating mode is normally open (NO).
