Telemecanique Sensors XS9C4A1NCP20 is an inductive proximity sensor with a 5 position turret head, designed for factor 1 sensing of both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The sensor's case is made of PBT, and it features screw terminal connections for secure installation. Its cubic shape allows for flush mounting, ensuring a neat integration into various applications. This model offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP65, IP67, and IP69K, making it suitable for use in environments where dust, water, and high-pressure washdowns are present. The sensor has a net height of 117 mm, a depth of 40 mm, and a width of 40 mm. It provides NPN transistor digital outputs and operates on a supply voltage of 12-24 V DC, with a current consumption of 30mA / 0.030 A. For ease of monitoring, it includes a yellow LED to indicate the output state and a green LED to signal power on. The XS9C4A1NCP20 offers a sensing distance of 20 mm and includes protection functions against reverse polarity, overload, and short-circuit. It operates within a temperature range of -25 °C to 70 °C and features an operating mode that is selectable between normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC).
