Telemecanique Sensors XS9C2A1NCM12 is an inductive proximity sensor with a 5 position turret head, designed for factor 1 sensing of both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The sensor's case is made of PBT and it features an M12 connector for connectivity. Its cubic shape allows for flush mounting, and it offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP65, IP67, and IP69K. The dimensions are 70 mm in height, 40 mm in depth, and 40 mm in width. It operates with an NPN transistor output and requires a supply voltage of 12-24 V DC, consuming 30mA / 0.030 A. The sensor includes a yellow LED for output state indication and a green LED to indicate power is on. It has a sensing distance of 20 mm and includes protection functions against reverse polarity, overload, and short-circuit. The operating temperature range is from -25 °C to 70 °C, and it features an operating mode that is selectable between NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed).
