Schneider Electric ATV61HD45Y is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 61 series designed for variable speed and frequency control with a U/F ratio that can be set at 2 points, 5 points, or for energy saving. It features sensorless flux vector control in standard or energy-saving modes and vector control without speed feedback, capable of delivering 120% of the nominal motor torque. This model comes with a built-in EMC filter (class C3), a built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced durability. It operates on a supply voltage of 425-759Vac, accommodating 480Vac, 500Vac, 600Vac, and 690Vac nominal voltages, and has dimensions of H630mm x W320mm x D290mm. The drive is chemically resistant with a conformal coating (reinforced version) and has an IP20 UL type 1 degree of protection. It supports a rated current of 59A at 500Vac, 52A at 575Vac, 54A at 690Vac, with a maximum current of 70.8A for 60 seconds. Wall mounting is the prescribed mounting mode, and it communicates via Modbus and CANopen protocols. Designed for a 3-phase network with an output frequency range of 0.1-599 Hz, it includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source), an additional programmable digital input, and a PWR safety input. It also features 1 digital output (C/O SPDT relay contact) and 1 digital output (NO relay contact), alongside 2 analog inputs for comprehensive control. The current consumption stands at 62A for 500Vac, 51A for 600Vac, and 55A for 690Vac, with rated active power of 45kW at 690Vac and 37kW at 500Vac, equivalent to 50HP.
