Category:Voltage Relays
Product Lifecycle:Active
Product description
Pilz PILZ-890110 is a protection unit designed for true power monitoring with a relay that supports 9 different measuring ranges. It features adjustable switching for underload and overload thresholds, along with customizable monitoring reaction time and start-up suppression time. This unit is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. It has a net height of 87 mm and is rated for an 18A measuring current, with safety output contacts ratings ranging from 0.1A to 5A at 24Vdc (DC-1; 120W) and 0.1A to 1.5A at 24Vdc (DC-13). The connection type is fixed screw terminal connections, and it falls under the S1WP sub-range. Dimensions include a width of 22.5mm and a degree of protection rated at IP40. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal), and it can measure frequency ranges from 0 to 1kHz. The housing is made of PPO material, and it is compatible with both single-phase (1AC) and 3-phase (3AC) input types. The rated voltage for AC is 0-415Vac/dc measuring voltage, with a net width of 22.5 mm and a power consumption of 2 W. Its net depth is 121 mm, and it can be stored in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C. The unit includes 1 x auxiliary output (SPDT-NO/NC contacts; 0.1-5A 24Vdc DC-1 120W resistive load) and 1 x analog input for current measurement (K1-UL1) and 1 x analog input for voltage measurement (L1-L3). It offers protection functions against underpower and overpower conditions and features 1 x analog output for voltage (U) and current (I) monitoring.
