Pilz PILZ-632387 is a safety light curtain designed for finger protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 14mm. This receiver part of the robust type light curtain operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C and offers a protective height of 1350mm. It features a 5-pin M12 connector for both emitter and receiver connections, falling under the PSEN opII4F sub-range. The device is encased in an aluminium housing with zinc end caps and a PC front screen, ensuring a degree of protection rated at IP65. It is designed for a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and has a maximum power consumption of 1.5W for the emitter and 2.5W for the receiver without load. The PILZ-632387 supports a sensing distance from 0.2m to 8m and utilizes infrared LED light with a wavelength of 850 nm. It has a net dimension of 1354mm in height, 35mm in width, and 40mm in depth, allowing for a maximum cable length of 50m. The unit also features two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and operates with a response time of 16.1ms with beam coding and 91.4ms. It is designed for storage in environments with ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C.
