Pilz PILZ-632327 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 30mm. This receiver part of the robust type light curtain operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C and offers a protective height of 1350mm. It features a 5-pin M12 connector for both emitter and receiver connections and falls under the PSEN opII3H sub-range. The device is encased in an aluminium housing with zinc end caps and a PC front screen, ensuring a degree of protection rated at IP65. It is designed to operate at a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and has a maximum power consumption of 1.5W for the emitter and 2.5W for the receiver without load. The PILZ-632327 supports a sensing distance from 0.2m to 18m and utilizes infrared LED light with a wavelength of 850 nm. It has dimensions of 1354mm in height, 35mm in width, and 40mm in depth, allowing for a maximum cable length of 50m. The light curtain also features two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and offers response times of 10.4ms with beam coding and 22.3ms.
