Pilz PILZ-632326 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 30mm. This robust type receiver part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C and offers a protective height of 750mm. It features a 5-pin M12 connector for both emitter and receiver, falling under the PSEN opII3H sub-range. The device is encased in an aluminium housing with zinc end caps and a PC front screen, ensuring a degree of protection rated at IP65. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc, and can accommodate a maximum cable length of 50m. The PILZ-632326 has a net width of 35mm, a depth of 40mm, and a height of 754mm. Its sensing distance ranges from 0.2m to 18m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 850 nm. Power consumption is maxed at 1.5W for the emitter and 2.5W for the receiver without load. It also features two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 7.8ms with beam coding and 15.2ms otherwise. The resolution is set at 30mm for hand protection, and it is designed to withstand storage temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C.
