PILZ-630803 Pilz Safety Light Curtains

Pilz PILZ-630803 is a safety light curtain designed for body protection with a muting function that detects 315mm opaque objects across 4 beams. It features an emitter and receiver pair with connection types including 4-pin and 5-pin M12 male connectors for the emitter and 5-pin and 8-pin M12 male connectors for the receiver. This part falls under the Basic sub-range and offers a protective height of 900mm. It is constructed with an aluminium housing and has dimensions of 1053mm in height, 35mm in width, and 41.2mm in depth. The PILZ-630803 operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50 °C for operation and -25 to +70 °C for storage. It provides a degree of protection of IP65 and requires a 24Vdc supply voltage. The sensing distance spans from 0.5m to 50m with an infrared LED (IR) light color at a wavelength of 880 nm. The distance between beams is set at 4 beams x 315mm beam gap, with a resolution specifically designed for body protection at 315mm. It includes 2 x digital outputs (500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 16ms / 0.016 s.
