Pilz PILZ-630800 is a safety light curtain designed for body protection with a muting function that detects 415mm opaque objects across 3 beams. This emitter and receiver pair features a net height of 953 mm and is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50 °C. It offers a protective height of 800mm and is equipped with 4-pin and 5-pin M12 male connectors for the emitter, and 5-pin and 8-pin M12 male connectors for the receiver. Classified under the Basic sub-range, this part has an IP65 degree of protection and requires a 24Vdc supply voltage. The aluminium housing ensures durability, with net dimensions of 35 mm in width and 41.2 mm in depth. It has a sensing distance operating range of 0.5m to 50m and utilizes infrared LED (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm. The distance between beams is 3 x 415mm, and it can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70 °C. Additionally, it features 2 x digital outputs (500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 14ms / 0.014 s.
