Pilz PILZ-630770 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting 30mm opaque objects across an emitter and receiver pair. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and has a net height of 1283.2 mm. This part falls under the Basic sub-range and features a protective height of 1200mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP65. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and is constructed from painted aluminium housing with a PC cap and PMMA front screen, presented in a yellow color. The maximum cable length is 50m, and it has a net width of 32.3 mm. The sensing distance spans from 0.2m to 19m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 950 nm. Power consumption is max 2.5 W for the emitter and max 3.5 W for the receiver without load. It features 64 beams with a 30mm beam gap, a net depth of 36.9 mm, and offers two digital outputs (PNP; 500mA) from the receiver OSSD outputs. The response time is 21ms, and it is designed with a 4-pin M12 connector for the emitter and an 8-pin M12 connector for the receiver. The ambient air temperature for storage is rated between -25 and +70°C.
