Pilz PILZ-630769 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 30mm across an emitter and receiver pair. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and offers a net height of 1733.3 mm. This unit is part of the Basic sub-range and features a protective height of 1650mm. It is equipped with a 4-pin M12 connector for the emitter and an 8-pin M12 connector for the receiver, ensuring secure connections. The PILZ-630769 boasts an IP65 degree of protection, suitable for various industrial environments. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and is housed in painted aluminium with a PC cap and PMMA front screen, finished in yellow. The maximum cable length is 50m, and it has a net width of 32.3 mm. Its sensing distance ranges from 0.2m to 19m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 950 nm. Power consumption is max 2.5 W for the emitter and max 3.5 W for the receiver without load. The device features 88 beams with a 30mm beam gap, a net depth of 36.9 mm, and can operate within a storage temperature range of -25 to +70°C. It includes 2 x digital outputs (PNP; 500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 26ms / 0.026 s, with a resolution of 30mm for hand protection.
