Pilz PILZ-630761 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting 30mm opaque objects across an emitter and receiver pair. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and features a net height of 533.2 mm. This part falls under the Basic sub-range and offers a protective height of 450mm with an IP65 degree of protection. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and is constructed from painted aluminium housing with a PC cap and PMMA front screen, presented in a yellow color. The maximum cable length is 50m, and it has a net width of 32.3 mm. The sensing distance spans from 0.2m to 19m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 950 nm. Power consumption is max 2.5 W for the emitter and max 3.5 W for the receiver without load. It features 24 beams with a 30mm beam gap, a net depth of 36.9 mm, and can operate in storage temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C. The device includes 2 x digital outputs (PNP; 500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs, with a response time of 13ms / 0.013 s and a resolution of 30mm. Connection types are a 4-pin M12 connector for the emitter and an 8-pin M12 connector for the receiver.
