Pilz PILZ-630743 is a safety light curtain designed for finger protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 14mm. It features a net height of 983.2 mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 connector for the emitter and an 8-pin M12 connector for the receiver. This part falls under the Basic sub-range and offers a protective height of 900mm with an IP65 degree of protection. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and is housed in painted aluminium with a PC cap and PMMA front screen, colored yellow. The maximum cable length is 50m, and it has a net width of 32.3 mm. The sensing distance ranges from 0.2m to 6m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 950 nm. The power consumption is a maximum of 2.5 W for the emitter and 3.5 W without load for the receiver. It features 96 beams with a 14mm beam gap, a net depth of 36.9 mm, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55 °C for operation and -25 to +70 °C for storage. The device includes 2 x digital outputs (PNP; 500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 29ms.
