Pilz PILZ-328520 is an I/O unit designed for backplane or rackmount installation, featuring digital I/O-Link electronic module with potential isolation between the module supply and the IO-Link ports. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and has a net height of 110.8 mm, adhering to device code 006B. This standard I/O module supports a rated current of 1A for actuator/sensor supply at L+ and offers plug-in/detachable cage-clamp terminal connections depending on the base module. It is protected to IP20, requires a supply voltage of 16.8-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal), and is constructed with a PPE housing. The module accommodates a maximum cable length of 20m for the IO-Link module and has a net width of 12.5 mm. It features a memory capacity of 32Byte per port and 128Byte per module, with a power consumption of 0.25 W (module supply) and 0.2 W with no load. The net depth is 72.5 mm, and it can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. It includes 4 digital outputs (IO-Link class A-B; 0.2A) and 4 digital inputs (IO-Link port class A-B; 2.5mA; 5.5mA switchable), with short-circuit proof potential isolation.
