Part#:PILZ-328500
Manufacturer:Pilz
Category:I/O Modules
Product Lifecycle:Active
Product description
Pilz PILZ-328500 is an I/O unit designed for backplane or rackmount installation, featuring an analog input electronic module with specific technical specifications. It offers a linearity error of 0.05%, an output variable error at 25°C of 0.3%, and a temperature coefficient of 0.003%/K. The repetition accuracy at 25°C is 0.05%, and it utilizes a successive approximation conversion method. This unit provides functional insulation for potential isolation between the analog input and module supply, the analog input and periphery supply, and between the periphery supply and module supply, all rated at a surge voltage of 2500V. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C and has a net height of 110.8 mm. The design includes device code 0024h with 64 ST output bits and 56 ST status bits, and it connects via plug-in/detachable cage-clamp terminals. Classified as a Standard I/O module with an IP20 degree of protection, it requires a supply voltage of 16.8-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and supports a maximum cutoff frequency of 700Hz. The housing is made of PPE material, and the unit measures 12.5 mm in width and 72.5 mm in depth. Suitable for storage in temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C, it features four analog inputs (0-25.6mA; RC-filter; 15-bit conversion) and has a maximum power dissipation/loss of 0.9 W. The processing time for an analog input includes an input filter plus an average software filter time ranging from 0.1ms to 20 ms, with a maximum power consumption of an input at 0.21 W and a module power consumption with no load at 0.2 W.
