SF2C-H20-N Panasonic Safety Light Curtains

Panasonic SF2C-H20-N is an ultra-slim, intrinsically safe light curtain sensor designed for safety applications with a Performance Level c (PL c) and Safety Integrity Level 1 (SIL1). It features an interference prevention function and a large multi-purpose indicator. The housing and sensing surface are made from a polycarbonate alloy, while the mounting bracket is stainless steel. This sensor is pre-wired with a 3m 5-core heat-resistant PVC cable that terminates with bare flying leads. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. The protective height of the sensor is 400 mm, and it includes 1 x digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 60-200mA) for safety output. The sensing distance ranges from 0.1m to 3m, and it utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 850 nm. The response time is 80-100ms for ON and 20ms for OFF, and it can detect objects as small as 25mm in diameter.
