SLM10B6QP Description

Banner Engineering SLM10B6QP is a photo-electric rugged metal slot/optical fork sensor designed for precise detection tasks. This sensor features a green LED to indicate power ON status and a yellow LED for output state visualization. It offers potentiometer adjustment for fine-tuning. The sensor is housed in nickel-plated die-cast zinc with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. It comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. The SLM10B6QP operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C. This sensor is protected to IP67 and NEMA 6 standards, making it suitable for challenging environments. The slot shape has a passageway width of 10 mm and an overall width of 42 mm, with a height of 80 mm and a depth of 12 mm. It features a single digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and offers a quick response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s.
