About the product
Banner Engineering S22ALTFGRCQ is a pick-to-light sensor designed with hygienic considerations, utilizing FDA-grade materials for both its copolyester diffused window and housing. This sensor features a capacitive touch-sensitive interface for pick-to-light operations. It has a 22mm diameter button and is designed for flush mounting in a 22mm hole. The device is pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector and has a gray housing. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc. The S22ALTFGRCQ can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP66, IP67, and IP69K. Its design includes a flat window and a threaded cylindrical barrel shape. The sensor provides one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for touch activation and one digital input (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for JOB color control, with a current consumption of 80mA. The operating mode includes a latch job light (G; Green) that remains on when the job input is active, and touch activation triggers the output and sensing light (R; Red) with a Normally Open (NO) touch output.
