S18SP6FF100 W/30 Description
Banner Engineering S18SP6FF100 W/30 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the S18 DC series, designed with a background suppression system. It features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. This sensor operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6P. The sensor has an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC), and provides a sensing distance of 100mm. It utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm and has a response time of 3ms / 0.003 s. The operating modes available are Light-ON and Dark-ON, and it features an M18 thread size.
