Banner Engineering S18SN6FF100 W/30 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor from the S18 DC series, designed with a background suppression system. It features a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. This sensor is pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, making it suitable for harsh environments. Its M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape facilitates easy installation. The sensor provides one digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) and has a sensing distance of 100mm.
