S18SN6D W/30 Description

Banner Engineering S18SN6D W/30 is a photo-electric sensor from the S18 DC series, designed in a diffuse mode with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. This sensor is pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc being nominal. The sensor can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6P. It features an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, one digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC), and a sensing distance of 100mm. The light color is infrared (IR) with a wavelength of 880 nm, and it has a response time of 3ms / 0.003 s. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, and it has an M18 thread size.
