Banner Engineering S18AW3FF50 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor within the S18 AC series, featuring a background suppression system. It is constructed with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage ranging from 20Vac to 250Vac, with nominal voltages at 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac. Designed for a wide range of ambient air temperatures, it functions effectively between -40 and +70 degrees Celsius. The S18AW3FF50 offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. Its M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape facilitates easy installation. The sensor provides one digital output (Solid-state AC output; SPST contact type) and has a sensing distance of 50mm.
