Banner Engineering PIT43U-VL is a fiber optic sensor designed for through-beam system applications, featuring an opposed mode flex strain relief pair of individual fibers for in-line sensing. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber (Vantage Line) series and operates effectively at an ambient air temperature of up to +70°C. It has a 1mm fiber core diameter and comes in a cylindrical (threaded) end tip shape. The sensing end is made of stainless steel, while the fiber itself is plastic, and the sheath is constructed from Polyethylene (PE), ensuring durability and compatibility with various environments. The total length of the fiber is 3ft / 1m, accommodating a range of installation requirements.
