About the product
Banner Engineering PIT415UHF is a fiber optic sensor designed for through-beam system applications, featuring an opposed mode pair of individual fibers for in-line sensing. This sensor operates effectively at an ambient air temperature up to +70°C. It is part of the Plastic fiber series, with a 1mm fiber core diameter and a 30ft (9m) length. The sensor has a cylindrical (threaded) probe tip made of nickel-plated brass for the sensing end, while the fiber is constructed from plastic, and the sheath is made of polyethylene (PE), ensuring compatibility with a wide range of industrial environments.
