Banner Engineering PIF630UMVFA is a fiber optic sensor designed for through-beam system applications, featuring an opposed mode ferrule end tip pair of individual fibers for in-line sensing. This sensor falls under the Plastic fiber series, with a 1.5mm fiber core diameter and a 6ft (2m) length. It is built with a cylindrical (smooth) end tip, constructed from plastic for the sensing end and polyethylene (PE) for the fiber sheath, ensuring compatibility with a variety of applications.
