About the product
Banner Engineering PIF62T is a fiber optic sensor designed for through-beam system applications, featuring an opposed mode ferrule end tip pair of individual fibers for in-line sensing. It operates effectively at an ambient air temperature up to +70°C. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series, with a 1.5mm fiber core diameter and a sensing area of 4x19.8mm. The cylindrical (threaded) end tip is made of stainless steel, while the fiber is encased in a plastic sheath made of polyethylene (PE), ensuring durability and compatibility with various environments. The total length of the fiber is 30ft / 10m, accommodating a range of installation requirements.
