Banner Engineering PIA23UHFM13X7 is a fiber sensor designed for through-beam system applications, featuring an opposed mode pair of individual fibers positioned side by side with right-angled sensing. This sensor falls under the Plastic fiber series, equipped with a 0.5mm fiber core diameter and a 13x7mm rectangular sensing area. The sensing end is made of stainless steel, while the fiber is encased in a plastic sheath made of polyethylene (PE), ensuring durability and compatibility with various industrial environments. The total length of the fiber is 6ft (approximately 2 meters), and it is engineered to operate efficiently in ambient air temperatures up to +70°C.
