Banner Engineering PDIS43UM4.5M3-10 is a fiber optic sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It operates within an ambient air temperature up to +70°C and features a through-beam system, also known as an opposed mode pair of individual fibers positioned side by side with right-angled sensing. The sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series, characterized by a 1mm fiber core diameter. It has a slot shape with the sensing end and the fiber made of plastic, complemented by a Steelskin fiber sheath for added durability. The total length of the fiber is 3 feet or approximately 1 meter.
