MAE4832Q Description
Banner Engineering MAE4832Q is a sensor from the MINI-ARRAY 2-piece models series designed for measuring light screen array functions, specifically as an emitter alone. It features a 1210mm array length within a rectangular shape and is constructed with an aluminium housing and a PVC connector. The sensor offers a beam spacing/pitch of 3/8" / 9.5mm and comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm PVC pigtail terminated with an M12 mini-style connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 16Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage. The MAE4832Q can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and has a degree of protection rated at IP65, NEMA 4, NEMA 13, and UL type 1. Its sensing distance spans from 60cm to 4.6m, with a resolution of 3/8" / 9.5mm, and it can detect objects sized between 12.7mm and 19.1mm.
