About the product
Banner Engineering MAE3016Q is a sensor belonging to the MINI-ARRAY 2-piece models series, designed specifically for measuring light screen array applications as an emitter alone. This sensor features a 752mm array length and is constructed with an aluminium housing and a PVC connector, ensuring durability. It has a rectangular shape and offers a 3/4" / 19mm beam spacing/pitch. The MAE3016Q is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm PVC pigtail that terminates with an M12 mini-style connector for easy installation. It operates on a supply voltage range of 16Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage. Designed to function in a wide range of ambient air temperatures from -40 to +70°C, this sensor is suitable for various environmental conditions. It boasts an IP65 UL type 1 degree of protection, making it resistant to dust and water ingress. With a sensing distance ranging from 90cm to 16.5m and a resolution of 3/4" / 19mm, it can detect objects sized between 12.7mm and 19.1mm, making it versatile for a range of applications.
