M186E Description
Banner Engineering M186E is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as an emitter within the M18 series. It features infrared (IR) light and is constructed with a stainless steel housing and a polycarbonate lens. This sensor is shaped in an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel form, ensuring compatibility with standard mounts. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates in bare end flying leads for easy installation. The M186E operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70 degrees Celsius.
