K50FAPFF50YREQ Banner Pick-to-Light Sensors

Banner Engineering K50FAPFF50YREQ is a pick-to-light sensor from the EZ-LIGHT series designed for optical sensing with a fixed field infrared (IR) sensing and flat-pack LED illumination. It features a black housing with a dome window on a flat-pack body, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and the base. This part is pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector and supports a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. It is designed for surface or wall mounting, with a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. The K50FAPFF50YREQ operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activation of the output and sensing light (Y; Yellow) until job input is removed, and touch with inactive job input activates mispick light (R; Red) for 5 seconds and output NO (Normally Open) touch output. The device has 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, a sensing distance of 100mm, and digital outputs including 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Mispick.
