About the product
Banner Engineering K50APFF100YREQP, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a pick-to-light device featuring optical sensing with fixed field infrared (IR) sensing LED illumination. This unit has a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and the base. It is designed for surface or base pole mounting with an M30 thread and has a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. The connection is facilitated by a pre-wired 6" / 15cm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C. The K50APFF100YREQP offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (Yellow) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activation for output, and a mispick light (Red) for inactive job inputs, with a NO (Normally Open) touch output. The device has a current consumption of 75mA, includes 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, a sensing distance of 100mm, and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) each for Touch and Mispick functions.
