Banner Engineering BA18S, part of the Glass fiber series, is a fiber optic sensor designed with a diffuse-reflective system and bifurcated fiber side/right-angled sensing. It features a stainless steel sensing end, glass fiber, and a stainless steel monocoil construction. The sensor has a 1.6mm fiber core diameter and comes in a cylindrical (smooth) end tip shape. It is 8ft / 2.44m in length and can operate in ambient air temperatures up to +249°C.
