Wago 750-833 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit designed for automation tasks. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring with a nominal 24Vdc and does not require an AC supply voltage. The unit features a 9-pin D-sub connector for fieldbus connections, along with cage-clamp connections for both 2-pin system and 6-pin field configurations. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +55°C for operation and can be stored within a temperature range of -25°C to +85°C. The CPU unit supports a communication speed ranging from 9.6kbit/s to 12Mbit/s and utilizes the PROFIBUS communication protocol with an IP20 degree of protection. The net width of the unit is 71.1 mm, and it is designed for mounting on a DIN-35 rail. The housing is made from Polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6, ensuring durability within specified environmental conditions. It can manage up to 63 connections per node and 96 in fieldbus mode on the controller (master). The unit includes 8kB of non-volatile memory for software, 128kB for program memory, 64kB for data memory, and 244 bytes for fieldbus input and output memory. It is vibration resistant up to 4g and shock-resistant up to 15g, according to EN 60068-2-6 and EN 60068-2-27, respectively. The unit's power consumption is 500mA at 24Vdc nominal load, 200mA at 5Vdc for system supply, and 1800mA for system supply. It supports multiple programming languages, including Instruction List (IL), Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Continuous Function Chart (CFC), Structured Text (ST), and Sequential Function Chart (SFC), through the WAGO-I/O-PRO V2.3 programming environment. Configuration can be done using the GSD device description file and WAGO-I/O-CHECK. The unit is designed to operate at up to 95% relative humidity, non-condensing, and is powered by a 16-bit processor.
