TBPN-L5-4FDI-4FDX Turck I/O Modules

Turck TBPN-L5-4FDI-4FDX is a remote I/O controller within the TBPN safety series, designed with auxiliary power for PROFIsafe / PROFINET. This safety digital block I/O module features a fiberglass reinforced PA6-GF30 housing and stainless steel 303 screws. It offers connectivity through 8 x 5-pin M12 female connectors for 4 safety I/O ports and 4 safety input ports, alongside 2 x 4-pin M12 female connectors for FIELDBUS and 2 x 5-pin 7/8" male and female connectors for voltage supply. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. It is designed for surface mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. The module is protected to IP65, IP67, and IP69K standards, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. Dimensions are specified as 60.4 mm in width, 230.4 mm in height, and 39 mm in depth. Communication is facilitated via PROFINET protocol at a speed of 100Mbps. The module includes 4 x digital inputs (SIL3 fail-safe OSSD inputs) and 4 x digital inputs (SIL3 fail-safe configurable channels, with the option to configure 4 of these inputs as 4DO fail-safe digital outputs).
