RU100U-M18MS-LFX-H1151 Turck Ultrasonic Sensors

Turck RU100U-M18MS-LFX-H1151 is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU100U series, designed with a 16° sonic cone for diffuse mode side sensing. This sensor features ultrasonic sensor TEACH-by-wire functionality and is constructed with a chrome-plated brass housing and a sensing face made of PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), PU (Polyurethane), and Epoxy. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It boasts an IP67 degree of protection, indicating its capability to withstand dust and water ingress. The sensor's shape is an M18 partially threaded medium length cylindrical/barrel, designed for a sensing distance of 150-1000mm. It operates at a frequency of 6.9Hz max switching frequency, with a transmission frequency of 200kHz / 0.2 MHz and offers a measurement accuracy (resolution) of 1mm. The control circuit is rated for a current of 50mA / 0.05 A. Additionally, it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity.
