RI240P1-QR20-LU4X2-H1141 Turck Encoders

Turck RI240P1-QR20-LU4X2-H1141 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a blind hole shaft that is washdown-resistant, making it suitable for harsh environments. This sensor is part of the Q-track QR20 series and comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy installation. It has dimensions of H63mm x W72mm x D20mm and offers a high degree of protection with IP68 and IP69K ratings. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 8Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc, and is housed in a durable plastic Ultem casing. It features a 6mm bore size and is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit and reverse polarity. The sensor provides one analog output (0.5Vdc-4.5Vdc) and boasts a resolution of ≤0.09° with a 12-bit resolution. A green LED serves as both a multifunction visual position indicator and a power-on indicator. With a sampling rate of 800Hz, the sensor ensures accurate measurement of angular positions from 0° to +240° and has a current consumption of 100mA.
