RI-04Q6C-2H1000-H1481 Description
Turck RI-04Q6C-2H1000-H1481 is a compact incremental rotary encoder designed for 36.5mm clamping flange mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +85°C and features a solid shaft with a flat clamping flange for magnetic sensing. This encoder is pre-equipped with an axial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. It belongs to the Type RI-04 series and has dimensions including a 36mm casing diameter, a 6mm shaft diameter, and a 12.5mm shaft length. The encoder is protected to IP50 standards and requires a supply voltage of 8Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc. It can handle a pulse frequency up to 200kHz and is constructed from chromated aluminium housing, a stainless steel shaft, and a PVC sheathed cord. The encoder offers one digital output (push-pull with inverting signal) within the same voltage range. It includes protection functions against short-circuit, magnetic field interference, and reverse polarity. The maximum mechanical rotational speed is 12000rpm, with a moment of inertia of 0.2 x 10^-6kg.m^2. The resolution is set at 1000 pulses per revolution, and it has a current consumption of 40mA with no load. Additionally, it can withstand a maximum radial load of 40 N and a maximum axial load of 20 N.
