PS400R-303-LI2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS400R-303-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a programmable relative pressure sensor functionality. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The sensor can measure pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and misc. It operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded female process port. Part of the PS300 series, it offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The sensor's maximum switching frequency is 180Hz. It is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure ranges from 0 to +400bar (0 to +5800psig) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms (0.05 to 0.6 s), and it features 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc; can be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, with repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit rated current is 200mA (0.2 A), with a current consumption of 50mA. Time delay settings include (ON-delay) 0-50 and (OFF-delay) 0-50.
