PS001R-505-LUUPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS001R-505-LUUPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS300 series. It features a programmable compound pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The sensor offers multiple measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm. The connection type is a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector with a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port. It boasts an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The sensor's housing and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It measures pressures ranging from -1 to +1bar (-14.5 to +14.5psig) and supports a fluid medium temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), and it features 2 x digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) with a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. Communication is facilitated via IO-Link protocol. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The sensor's response time is adjustable between 50 - 600ms, with a measurement accuracy of set point accuracy +/-0.5% FS and analog accuracy ≤+/-0.5% FS. It also features a response time of <3ms, repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and minimal zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, and it offers adjustable time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay from 0-50.
